  • 1 Vietnamese baguette or French baguette
  • 1/2 pound grilled pork, chicken, or tofu
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup pickled daikon and carrots
  • Fresh cucumber slices
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs
  • Sliced jalapeno or chili peppers (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar until well combined.
