- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, ground turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, and salt. Add the chicken chunks and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
